The waiting room, on every phone

Nobody has to ask “how long?”

When a patient checks in, they get a link. It shows their token, who is being seen now, and a live estimate of their turn, so the waiting room can be the car park, the tea stall, or home.

  • Tokens issued in order, with reserved slots so an emergency never bumps the queue
  • Estimates that learn from how long consultations actually take
  • Prescriptions, certificates and bills downloadable from the same link

Everything a clinic does

One system, from the front desk to the pharmacy counter

Swipe to see all six

Online booking, no app

Patients pick a doctor and a time on a public page, share where they are coming from, and get a token. Nothing to install, no account.

A queue that runs itself

Tokens are issued in order, emergencies jump the line without breaking it, and every patient can watch their turn approach on their phone.

Consultations with a memory

Symptoms, vitals, diagnosis and the prescription in one record. Voice notes and similar past cases included.

Pharmacy that reads the script

The dispensing desk sees each prescription matched to stock, with quantities worked out and expiring batches flagged.

Billing without the calculator

Invoices from the visit, collected and outstanding at a glance, every payment by cash, card or UPI accounted for.

Patients kept in the loop

Check-in and reminder messages by WhatsApp, with a live link to the queue and their documents.

How a visit runs

Four steps, no paper

What the patient sees on their phone, and what your team sees on theirs, at every step.

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Book

A patient books online or at the desk. The slot, the doctor and the token are fixed on the spot.

Picks a time, gets a token

    Diary filled, wallet charged
  2. 2

    Step 2

    Arrive

Check-in puts them in the queue. The board shows who is next; their phone shows how long to wait.

    Live wait on their phone
    Clinic
    Queue board, vitals taken
  3. 3

    Step 3

    Consult

The doctor sees vitals and history, writes the prescription, and finalizes. The pharmacy sees it at once.

    Patient
    Prescription on their link
    Clinic
    Record saved, pharmacy notified
  4. 4

    Step 4

    Settle

Medicines are dispensed, the bill is raised and paid, and the visit is on record for next time.

For your team

Everyone sees their own work, and nothing else

Access follows the role, and an admin can switch any area off for one person. The API refuses what the screen hides, and every sensitive action is written to an audit log that cannot be edited.

Online bookings, prepaid

Each doctor keeps a wallet. A booking made on the public page is charged to it, a cancellation before the slot is refunded, and a walk-in or a desk booking costs nothing. No balance, no online slots: the page simply does not list the doctor.

  • Reception

Patients, appointments, check-in and the queue board.

  • Doctors

Their queue, consultations, prescriptions and a prepaid wallet for online bookings.

  • Nurses

Vitals and the patient's visit history.

  • Pharmacy

Stock, batches, expiry and dispensing against prescriptions.

  • Admins

Staff, roles, feature switches, branding, billing and the audit log.

Questions clinics ask

Before you sign in

Do patients need to install anything?

No. Booking is a web page, and the queue link they get by WhatsApp opens in any browser. No account, no app.

What does an online booking cost the clinic?

A per-booking fee, set by the clinic, charged to the doctor's prepaid wallet when the booking is made and refunded if it is cancelled before the slot. Walk-ins and desk bookings are never charged.

What happens when an emergency walks in?

Every fifth token is held back, so an emergency gets a number ahead of the waiting line without anyone else's token changing.

Who can see what?

Access follows the role, and an admin can switch any area off for one person. The API refuses what the screen hides, and sensitive actions go to an audit log that cannot be edited.
